For over 25 years, Jon has held leadership positions in startup to Fortune-ranked companies, including Chief Operating Officer at Typsy, Vice President of Marketing at Conversant (acquired by Alliance Data in 2014 for $2.3 billion) and leadership roles at lynda.com (acquired by LinkedIn in 2015 for $1.5 billion), where he launched their enterprise sales division and grew revenues by over 700% during the first five years.
With a background in sales, marketing, operations, and learning & development, Jon has created and refined a highly effective consulting model that has a proven track record of generating successful and profitable business units.
