Business Assessment

Overview:

Based on your specific goals and needs, a scope of work will be defined to assess current areas of the business and provide a detailed report of findings and recommendations.  Common areas of focus include the website, sales playbook, CRM, marketing strategy, internal processes, organizational structure, and staffing. This is recommended as the initial engagement prior to additional consulting work.

Project includes the following:

  • One-hour kick-off call to define scope of work and schedule onsite meeting

  • One full-day onsite visit to interview staff and review current operations

  • A detailed report on findings, including prioritized recommendations and action plan

  • A two-hour in-person or video-call report review and discussion

Project-Based Consulting

Overview:

Our most flexible option, project-based consulting is ideal for small engagements where retained services are not needed or large one-off projects where you want to track direct project costs.  Project-based consulting is customized for each client based on your specific needs.  A full project plan, scope of work, and estimated costs are provided in advance and any changes or additional costs are discussed prior to work performed to ensure you have visibility into all aspects of the work performed and total control of all costs.

Details:

  • Scope of work provided with estimated costing

  • Project billed in quarter-hour increments

  • Two-hour minimum

Retained Services

Overview:

Our most popular option, retained services are ideal for ongoing engagements where you want the value of an experienced executive at a fraction of the cost.  Based on the needs of each client, a set number of hours are allocated each month and can be used for a combination of in-person meetings, calls and emails, and project work.  Whether you need executive coaching, staff training and mentoring, or ongoing project support, retained services are a great way to have ongoing access to services with consistent costing at discounted rates.

Details:

  • Discounts provided for 10+ hours per month

  • Hours in excess of retained time billed in quarter-hour increments at negotiated rate

  • Two-hour minimum waived
